‘Cute Emo Skirts’ generally consist of a number of layers, frills and bows. They can be any color, but generally pinks, purples, softer colors teamed with lace, ribbons and fluffy petticoats. Five years ago Shana Victor started Pixelgirl Presents as a hobby with just one iconset. Never in a million years did she imagine that it would grow to get so many visitors and submissions! As Pixelgirl Presents grew, she continued adding items to the site that she personally liked and wanted to share with the world; mac-geared artwork, articles about design, tutorials and her favorite links!

Once Pixelgirl Presents expanded to feature some artwork for sale, she started noticing a TON of talented artists and DIY people online selling their one-of-a-kind and limited edition creations.
